Dr. Hongsheng Zhang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geography, The University of Hong Kong. Before joining HKU, he was working at The Chinese University of Hong Kong as a research associate and research assistant professor. His research is mainly focused on incorporating multiple remote sensing technologies to understand the urbanization process and its environmental and ecological impacts at various spatial and temporal scales.
